Mileway in Fleury-les-Aubrais: renovation and compliance of a logistics building

Renovation and upgrading of an existing logistics warehouse

Located 4 km from downtown Orléans, Mileway's Fleury 5 site has been completely redesigned and renovated to improve its overall performance.

Following the optimization of interior fittings and the reorganization of office space, the existing logistics building, with a total surface area of 6,650 m², was given a facelift in April 2022. The building also underwent compliance work to meet the requirements of ICPE 1510 regulations.

The Fleury 5 building, fully equipped with LED lighting, is certified BREEAM In-Use.
