PGIM project in Servon: creation of an extension to tertiary premises

Expansion of a commercial building

ING2K supported investor PGIM in the expansion of its Servon (75) logistics platform by building a 1,000 m² extension extension for office use.

The new new R+1 commercial building is adjoining the existing business building. Additional adaptation work was therefore required on the ground floor of the existing premises and on the exterior to integrate the project properly.
