Redevelopment and compliance of a "last mile" logistics warehouse

Mileway, a major player in last-mile logistics, turned to ING2K to adapt, modernize to adapt, modernize and bring into compliance of its facilities in Mitry Mory (77).

Renovation of the staff quarters, addition of new dock doors, replacement of existing dock equipment, adaptation of the roadway to accommodate heavy goods traffic and fire safety compliance: these diverse, localized interventions have enabled the existing structure to adapt to increased activity while improving working conditions for employees.

Lasting a total of 5 months, the work was divided broken down into several phases depending on the areas to be treated, in order to minimize the impact on the site, which is still in operation.
