MODERNIZATION AND EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING BUSINESS BUILDING

CEVA Logistics, a major player in international logistics, called on our teams to to renovate, modernize and extend a business building at Satolas-et-Bonce (38). The redevelopment project was guided by a genuine desire to enhance and transformation of the existing building.

A 1,900 m² extension for new warehouse offices, adaptation of existing cells, exterior redevelopment, installation of photovoltaic shading and recharging stations in parking lots: this comprehensive redevelopment has made it possible to improve both the facility's energy performance and its functionality.

To meet our customer's growing productivity needs, we worked in co-design on the installation of new intralogistics solutions. the installation of new, high-performance and innovative intralogistics solutions. This was a major technical challenge, since the new equipment had to fit in with both the configuration of the premises and CEVA Logistics' specific processes.
