CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-TEMPERATURE LOGISTICS PLATFORM
The first logistics warehouse in France to be certified BREEAM Excellent
Financed by Vailog on behalf of the supermarket chain LIDL, the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier logistics platform has been operational since March 2018.
This is a 46,000 m² storage warehouse, divided into multi-temperature cells, supplying the region’s 59 LIDL shops with food products.
ING2K is proud to have supported the development of the LIDL chain while ensuring that this construction project had a reduced impact on the environment. Built on former industrial wasteland, the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier logistics hub was the first building of its kind to be awarded BREEAM Excellent certification in France in 2018.
