CONSTRUCTION OF A CROSS-DOCK WAREHOUSE, TERTIARY PREMISES AND AN ERP
A construction project certified BREEAM Outstanding
The construction project financed by Vailog at Ris Orangis is an excellent example of multi- purpose use. The site combines a logistics facility, a single-storey office building, a training facility for the École de la seconde chance (E2C) and a raised car park.
The cross-dock warehouse was designed for GEODIS France. It is an 11,000 m² facility for book logistics, with 104 loading bays.
The roof of the service area is entirely planted, while the cross-dock warehouse roof is home to a photovoltaic power plant. These are examples of design choices that enabled the entire Ris Orangis project to achieve BREEAM Outstanding certification.
