VAILOG, FONTAINE

We are very proud to have delivered the logistics platform project in Fontaine on schedule. The 75,000 m² building, partly operated by the Atlantic Group, provided this French industry leader with a logistics distribution centre for its hybrid solutions, new-generation radiators, hydraulic heating and cooling ceilings, heat networks, heat pumps and air conditioning systems.

A project rooted in the local community: Territoire de Belfort is currently home to a booming logistics and industrial ecosystem, and this new project fits perfectly in this context, contributing to the attractiveness and development of the local area.

A strong commitment to sustainability: aware of the environmental issues at stake, sustainable solutions were integrated, including a 30,000 m² photovoltaic power plant and a hybrid heating system using innovative heat pumps developed by the operating company. The project was certified BREEAM Outstanding, the highest level.

Meeting deadlines and commitments: thanks to meticulous organisation and effective collaboration, the project was delivered on time and in line with expectations. This success illustrates our commitment to operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
