ING2K a accompagné Realterm dans la réhabilitation d’un bâtiment d’activité de 5 500 m² à Corbas (69), une intervention globale visant à adapter l’actif aux standards actuels de performance, de sécurité et de confort.
The project covered the upgrading of the building envelope and external infrastructure, including the renovation of the cladding and roofing, façades, roadways, loading docks, and floor slabs. The site’s equipment was also modernised as part of the works.
Renovating the existing asset to adapt it to new uses.
The refurbishment had two objectives: to meet the site’s development needs while optimizing energy and cost efficiency. Several solutions were therefore implemented, including a Building Management System (BMS) compliant with the BACS decree and 100% LED lighting. Water-saving fixtures, leak detectors, and programmable solenoid valves were also installed to optimize water consumption management. The site was also equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
These improvements contributed to achieving BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification.
The site upgrade also addressed safety and accessibility requirements, with the electrical and fire safety installations brought up to code, asbestos removal works carried out, PMR-compliant (reduced-mobility) sanitary facilities created, and the lift replaced in accordance with ISO 25745-2.
Through this project, ING2K helps extend the lifespan and value of an existing asset, while adapting it to new uses and to regulatory and environmental requirements.
