ING2K worked with Mountpark on the design and construction of a logistics and office building covering more than 35,000 m². Scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2023, the building has three 12,000 sq. metre cells and a 770 sq. metre service area.

In line with the requirements of Mountpark, a major player in the development of professional buildings for the world’s leading companies, the building has high-quality features such as enhanced natural lighting, planted areas, electric vehicle charging points and social areas for the site’s future employees.

It was also a highly environmentally sensitive project. Thanks to concrete and significant actions such as the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, the planting of 6,000 trees and shrubs and the choice of high added-value thermal insulation, the building obtained BREEAM Excellent and Biodivercity certifications.

Located 25 km south-west of Chartres, this facility is the first in a larger logistics park development project. The Mountpark Chartres site will eventually house 3 buildings, with a total surface area of 271,245 m².
