Redevelopment and compliance of a “last mile” logistics warehouse

Mileway, a major player in last-mile logistics, turned to ING2K to adapt, modernise and bring the layout of its facilities at Mitry Mory (77) up to standard.

Renovation of the staff quarters, addition of new platform doors, replacement of existing platform equipment, adaptation of the road network to allow heavy goods vehicles to travel freely, and fire safety compliance: these diverse and localised solutions enabled the existing structure to adapt to an increase in activity while improving employee working conditions.

Over a total period of 5 months, the work was divided into several phases depending on the areas to be treated, to have as little impact as possible on the site, which was still operational.
