Renovation and upgrading of an existing logistics warehouse

Located 4 km from Orléans city centre, Mileway’s Fleury 5 site was completely redesigned and renovated to improve its overall operation.

Following the optimisation of interior fittings and reorganisation of office space, the existing logistics building, with a total surface area of 6,650 m², was given a facelift in April 2022. The building also underwent compliance work to meet the requirements of ICPE 1510 regulations.

The Fleury 5 building, fully equipped with LED lighting, was BREEAM In-Use certified.

This work was part of Mileway’s overall drive, as a European player in last-mile logistics, to renovate its existing warehouses to meet user needs in a better way.
