LOGICOR, MACON

At the beginning of 2025, ING2K delivered the logistics centre in Mâcon (71) for Logicor. After a year on site, we presented the finished building on schedule, with only 4 reservations. The site, which combines innovation and environmental commitment, embodies our vision of responsible construction, designed to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

The building, which was awarded BREEAM Excellent certification, is designed to minimise its environmental impact and optimise energy performance. The integration of eco-responsible solutions, such as the roof which will be entirely covered with photovoltaic panels to produce renewable electricity, was at the heart of our client’s expectations.

Located at a strategic crossroads in the Saône-et-Loire region, the building meets the group’s expectations in terms of innovation. The 31,000 m² site, comprised of five 6,000 m² storage cells a 600 m² office complex, is a high-performance facility tailored to Logicor’s needs.

Thanks to our partners and employees, we were able to finish this ambitious project on time. Together, we ensure that efficient logistics and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
