The construction of this new building of almost 22,000 m² followed the removal of asbestos and demolition of an existing warehouse, which was unsuited to the current needs of the logistics sector. Designed and built on behalf of INVESTISUD, the facility in Champlan (91) is intended for cold storage (positive and negative temperatures).

With a view to optimising land use and complying with local environmental requirements, this project was designed to be vertical. The new building has a larger footprint and floor area than the original structure, while maintaining the initial impermeability of the land on the plot.

To achieve this, our design teams paid particular attention to optimising space, ensuring efficient use of every square metre. The chosen solution: an innovative multi-level building with mezzanine floors housing cold storage rooms.

This project is fully in line with ING2K’s values: to meet companies’ needs for economic growth, while enhancing existing industrial sites and limiting the impact of structures on the environment.
