ING2K, DARDILLY

In Dardilly, near Lyon, we built and delivered a rather special project: our own offices. The building comprises 1,600 m² of usable floor space across four floors – including 800 m² dedicated to our teams – along with 180 m² of terraces and loggias and 55 parking spaces.

Particular attention was paid to the building’s energy efficiency, with 65 rooftop photovoltaic panels installed, delivering a total output of 32 kWp. The design of the spaces also prioritises the occupants’ quality of life and the day-to-day use of the offices.

The project also incorporates measures to preserve the existing vegetation. Two trees were thus preserved within a designated green area (Espace Végétalisé à Valoriser), located near the parking lot’s retaining wall.

This project demonstrates the company’s expertise in delivering turnkey offices buildings, with full project management from feasibility studies through to the finishing touches.
