construction of a logistics building and office premises
A logistics building located in a PPRT zone
ING2K assisted IMMOSTEF with the design and construction of an 8,200 m² logistics building and 530 m² office space. This steel construction project was part of a drive to renew and upgrade an existing urban business site.
A special feature of the project was that the plot on which the building was to be built was located in an area affected by a PPRT (Technological Risk Prevention Plan). We therefore adapted the architectural design of the building to comply with the mandatory technical requirements of this urban planning document.
The logistics building was custom-designed for THERMCROSS, a company specialising in the distribution of heating parts, and the end user of the building.
The commercial part of the project, which was initially delivered unfinished to the investor IMMOSTEF, underwent a second interior fit-out project in September 2022 at the request of the lessee THERMCROSS.
