CONCERTO, BEAUCAIRE

As part of a Property Development Agreement for Concerto and on behalf of Logicor, ING2K designed and built a 13,000 m² logistics platform in the heart of the Domitia business park, in Beaucaire (30).

Built on a 39,838 m² plot of land, the logistics platform comprises two storage units, two office blocks, and two charging bay areas. The site also features 76 parking spaces for light vehicles, including 8 fitted and 8 pre-equipped for electric vehicle charging stations.

Energy considerations built in from the design stage: From the earliest design studies, several solutions were incorporated into the project: a 499 kWp photovoltaic array was installed on the roof, complemented by LED lighting. The office blocks also meet the requirements of the RE2020 French environmental building regulations.

Sustainable resource management was also taken into account, with the creation of retention ponds, natural infiltration swales, and rainwater harvesting systems. The project also preserves 1.2 hectares of green space across the site, helping to maintain a significant place for vegetation and biodiversity.

This environmental approach was recognized with BREEAM Excellent certification, attesting to the platform’s level of environmental performance.

This project combines the operational requirements of a logistics platform with construction choices that incorporate renewable energy production, water management, and the preservation of green spaces.
