CMA CGM, MARSEILLE

As general contractor, we were involved in a project to refurbish and refit a warehouse provided by the CMA CGM Foundation to be used by five food aid associations.

This logistics hub located in Marseille has 5,000 sq.m of warehousing capacity as well as 360 sq.m of cold rooms and 400 sq.m of office space.

The ING2K team installed cold rooms in an existing warehouse cell, refitted 2 levels of existing offices, extended the tertiary section and added new offices.

Cold room storage temperatures range from +2°C to -22°C.

This ambitious project was carried out between July and December 2024.

As a builder, we are honoured to have been able to contribute our expertise in logistics planning to this project, which is the largest multi-association warehouse in France.
