IING2K delivered a new logistics site for Groupe Altaïr, dedicated to the management and dispatch of new vehicles, in Sermaises, in the Loiret (45). This 5.6-hectare platform can receive, store, and prepare up to 3,000 vehicles ahead of their delivery to the group’s dealerships across the Île-de-France region.
Designed to meet the specific needs of modern automotive logistics, the site comprises a single-storey business premises, dedicated in particular to vehicle preparation, and an office building for staff on the first floor.
A logistics platform designed for performance and sustainability:
Renewable energy generation is a key feature of the project. Photovoltaic canopies and rooftop solar panels together produce up to 5.7 GWh of electricity per year, equivalent to the annual consumption of around 2,700 people.
A 200 m³ tank also allows rainwater to be harvested and reused as part of the site’s operations.
Through this project, ING2K supports the growth of Groupe Altaïr’s business with a logistics platform designed to meet the operational demands of automotive distribution, while incorporating solutions geared towards resource management and renewable energy production.
