Vailog - Saint-Quentin-Fallavier: construction of a multi-temperature logistics platform

France's first BREEAM Excellent-certified logistics warehouse

Financed by Vailog on behalf of supermarket chain LIDL, the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier logistics platform has been operational since March 2018. 

It is a 46,000 m² storage warehousewarehouse, divided into multi-temperature cells to supply the region's 59 LIDL stores with food products.

ING2K is proud to have supported the development of the LIDL brand, while ensuring a environmental impact of this of this construction project. Erected on a former industrial wasteland, the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier logistics platform is the first building of its kind to have obtained BREEAM Excellent certification certification in France in 2018.
