Vailog Ris Orangis: construction of a mailroom, office premises and an ERP building

A BREEAM Outstanding-certified construction project 

The construction project financed by Vailog at Ris Orangis is an excellent example of versatility. The site combines a logistics facility, an office building an R+1 office building a training facilitymation facility for the École de la seconde chance (E2C) and a an elevated parking lot.

The courier warehouse was designed for GEODIS France. The 11,000 m² facility is dedicated to book logistics, and includes 104 loading bays.

The roof of the service area is entirely planted, while that of the mailroom houses a photovoltaic power plant. These are examples of design choices that have enabled the entire Ris Orangis project to qualify for BREEAM Outstanding certification.
